How long will it take?

LLJ Asset Management will ensure you are supported through the process to enable as quick a transaction as possible. Currently, an average timescale is 4 to 5 weeks from your acceptance of an offer and signing the sales contract to your property being transferred into the new buyers name. This is assuming that both parties have mortgages and includes the time it will take for your agent to support you with the government requirements.

If one or both parties does not have finance providers to deal with, the process can be considerably shorter. Your LLJ Asset Management advisor will be able to advise you more after you accept an offer on your property.
