Considerations:

Length of tenancy…

Standard tenancies usually involve longer, annual contracts, but short-term accommodation is also an option. Before making a decision, it’s important to consider the details of your property. We recommend talking to our team to help you weigh the benefits of each option.

Rental amount…

While you can set any rental price, the market will really determine what’s reasonable, based on demand and the type of property you have. Our team is here to give you expert advice and help you make sure you’re getting the best return on your investment.

Time…

Finding a simple answer can be tricky, as it depends on factors like the availability of similar properties, location, pricing, and demand. However, with our strong connections to local employers and a trusted network of agencies, along with targeted marketing, we’re confident we can help you find a tenant in a reasonable amount of time.

Paperwork…
If you are a UAE resident, you will need to provide proof of ownership of the property through the Title Deed, along with your passport or Emirates ID, and a signed Form A (Listing a property for sale is basically an agreement between the listing seller and agent, who is appointed to find a buyer and negotiate an agreement on behalf of the seller.), which will be provided by your agent.

For non-residents, a copy of your passport is required for identification.

If you wish to appoint someone to hold a Power of Attorney (POA) on your behalf, you will need to complete the POA process through official channels for it to be legally recognized. Our team can guide you through the process.

If the property is held in a company’s name, the Trade License and the signatory’s documents—passport, Emirates ID, and visa—will be required.
