Once you have agreed on a marketing price with your consultant, the relevant paperwork will be prepared for you to sign, initiating the marketing and viewing process. After the verification of identification and proof of ownership documentation, and the signing of our agency contract, your consultant will arrange for professional-standard photos and videos to be taken for uploading onto your property listing. Our team will then manage any inquiries for your property, and all prospective tenants will undergo vetting to ensure their ability to proceed with a rental at that time. Exclusive or non-exclusive?

In Abu Dhabi, a landlord is limited to appointing a maximum of three real estate agencies on a ‘non-exclusive basis to represent them for each property being rented. Therefore, if you choose non-exclusive contracts, the selection of agencies becomes crucial.
